Every unit must pass a 40-liter inflation test before being repackaged. Our quality benchmarks meet or exceed FDA-adjacent standards for post-consumer latex products.
We've developed our quality protocols in parallel with FDA guidelines for latex medical devices. While the FDA does not currently have a specific regulatory framework for reconditioned condoms, our standards are modeled on their existing benchmarks for single-use latex products. We're actively engaged with regulatory bodies to help establish this emerging category.
Each monthly shipment includes a prepaid return mailer. Simply place your used items inside, seal the mailer, and drop it in any USPS mailbox. Our sanitization team will process, recondition, and redistribute them within 5-7 business days. The return mailer is leak-proof, odor-sealed, and fully compliant with USPS biohazard shipping guidelines.
Every reconditioned condom is individually assessed and graded based on post-processing condition. Grade A+ ("Premium Donor Stock") indicates single previous use with zero visual or structural imperfections. Grade A ("Like New") indicates minimal prior use with full structural integrity. Grade B+ ("Gently Used") indicates minor cosmetic wear that does not affect performance. All grades pass the same pressure integrity test.

Of course. You can cancel anytime through the member portal with no cancellation fees. We do ask that you return any unused items from your final shipment so they can be redistributed to members in need. We believe in freedom of choice — though we hope you'll stay for the planet.
